This 87-year-old man built a cathedral clock to remind his ailing wife of their time together in Europe. Jerry LeSiege took up woodworking to help cope with his wife’s illness and the pressure of being a caretaker. What resulted was a five foot cathedral made with ten different types of wood, glass windows, and even working lights. LeSiege’s wife can no longer speak, but he hopes the cathedral makes her happy and helps her remember the time they shared together visiting Europe.
