Bethany Arceneaux was kidnapped back on by her baby-daddy Scott Thomas, quite possibly since she wanted nothing to do with him anymore.
Arceneaux’s family weren’t going to sit idly by and had some type of clue where she was being held, so when the police search party failed to find her; around 20 members of her family volunteered to help search the area she was suspected to be held at – according to KRON4.
It ended up being a cousin who heard her terrified screams coming from inside of a house and coming to the rescue, kicking down the door like a hero straight from an action hero movie. Upon entering it was unclear if the woman’s jilted boyfriend was brandishing a weapon, but her cousin could swear he saw him go towards her with a knife. Upon seeing what he thought could be the death of his cousin, he shot and killed Thomas.
For obvious reasons the cousin doesn’t want his name made public, not now nor then. Luckily for him however; is that if you ever suspect yourself or another person could suffer serious bodily injury or death at the actions of another, you’re well within your rights to defend yourself or others. Basically, the police ruled the shooting justifiable and no charges have been brought against the mystery man.
